Sweet Tapioca with Banana and Cinnamon

SWEET TAPIOCA RECIPE: BANANA WITH CINNAMON

Ingredients:
– 3 to 4 tablespoons of tapioca moisturized Yucas;
– A banana sliced into slices;
– Condensed milk;
– Cinnamon powder.

Method of preparation:
– Sift or spread in a frying pan of pre-heated teflon or 3 to 4 tablespoons Tapiocas Yucas
and wait up to 2 minutes; so that the tapioca releases the edges.
– Remove from heat and on a dish pour condensed milk over the dough, place the banana slices and cinnamon powder.
– Ready, fold the dough and taste it.
