Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients:

500 grams of Yucas granulated tapioca;
2 cups of sugar;
750 ml of boiling milk;
100 grams of shredded coconut;
1 glass of coconut milk (200ml);
1 can of condensed milk.

Preparation:

Mix Yucas granulated tapioca with sugar. Boil the milk and pour over the tapioca and sugar mixture. Stir well and set aside, allow to cool, stirring occasionally. About 20 minutes. Then add 50 grams of grated coconut, coconut milk and condensed milk (optional a few drops of vanilla essence), mix everything and pour into a buttered form, refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Then unmold and cover with 50 grams of grated coconut. If you prefer add condensed milk on the cake.
